mission: organization

I am continuously envious of the neat and tidy craft spaces I see all over the crafting-blogging world... those inspiring, light-filled, modern sewing and craft rooms with everything in its rightful place, which just invites you to come in and create. My space, however, leaves something to be desired.

So, I thought I'd post some photos of my crafting area (which I share in our spare room with my husband's desk/computer/den area), because I figure I can't be the only one out there with a complete mess for a craft room. AND hopefully posting these photos will motivate me to organize it all, so watch for some "after" photos in the near future.

I did not make any attempt to tidy-up before taking these photos. Although perhaps I should have.

shop update

My Etsy shop re-opens this Monday, January 14th at 2 p.m. Central time.
I'm excited about all the items I made while waiting for my overdue one to arrive... Valentine fun, potholders, ice cream cozies, totebags, and more... yay!
